For what purpose do we process your data?

Users

The purpose is the management of transport cards within the integrated fare system of the ATM of the Lleida Area. The uses are to issue personalized transport cards and handle related incidents, such as their exchange or replacement and their cancellation due to loss, theft, or misuse; to inspect the correct use of transport tickets; to manage access to transport tickets with social discounts and/or subsidies intended for specific individuals and groups; to contact users to address matters related to their personalized cards; to issue and deliver invoices to users who request them; and to register travel data of users of the Integrated Fare System for statistical purposes.

Procurement and Contracting

The purpose is the management of contracts, collaboration agreements, and covenants signed by the ATM of the Lleida Area. The uses are to process the subscription of contracts until their full completion: performing the necessary verifications in the bidding phase when applicable, awarding the contract, proceeding with its formalization, monitoring the contract and its incidents; making minor orders, monitoring them, and handling the corresponding billing. Likewise, to manage the subscription of collaboration agreements and covenants by the ATM and to monitor them.

Inward and Outward Register

The purpose is to register the entry and exit of documents from the ATM. The uses are the management and indexing of documents such as correspondence, requests, and official notices, which are registered as incoming and outgoing at the ATM.

Members of Statutory Bodies

The purpose is to manage the data of individuals who are part of or collaborate with the statutory bodies of the ATM. The uses are to contact members of the statutory bodies by post, email, or telephone to provide them with information, convene them to meetings, keep the list updated, or address any other matter arising from their status as a current or former member of one of the statutory bodies of the ATM.

Suggestions, Complaints, and Queries

The purpose is the management of data from suggestions, complaints, and queries made to the ATM. The uses are to process the suggestion, complaint, or query, forward it to the competent body when appropriate, and contact these individuals to provide a response.

Contacts

The purpose is the management of data of individuals whose professional activity is directly related to the area of competence of the ATM. The uses are to contact them to directly discuss professional matters they are working on and to send them information about activities organized by the ATM.

Human Resources

The purpose is the management of human resources at the ATM. The uses are those derived from human resources management, such as the selection and hiring of staff, management of resumes (CVs), payroll processing, time tracking, Social Security payments, occupational risk prevention, management of leaves and licenses, and employee training.

Promotional Actions

The purpose is the management of data of individuals interested in receiving information and/or participating in promotional actions promoted by the ATM of the Lleida Area. The uses are to contact them to send information about promotional actions such as draws, contests, or surveys, as well as educational and cultural activities linked to the promotion of the ATM’s integrated fare system and raising awareness about the use of sustainable modes of transport. Likewise, to manage the participation of individuals who wish to take part in the aforementioned promotional actions.

Employment data: job position.

Academic and professional data: training and qualifications, professional experience. Commercial information data: activities and business. Economic-financial and insurance data: income and revenues, bank details, insurance, and guarantees. Transaction data: goods and services supplied by the data subject.

Identifying data: name and surname, postal and email address, DNI/NIF/NIE/passport, telephone, signature. Other data: data related to the registered document.

Members of Statutory Bodies

Identifying data: name and surname, postal and email address, DNI/NIF/NIE/passport, telephone, signature. Personal characteristics data: sex. Employment data: job position and professional role within the represented entity, date of appointment and termination, membership in a statutory body, type of activity of the statutory body. Economic-financial data: allowances/diets, bank details.

Suggestions, Complaints, and Queries

Identifying data: name and surname, postal and email address, DNI/NIF/NIE/passport, telephone, signature. Personal characteristics data: sex. Other data: facts and circumstances motivating the communication made.

Contacts

Identifying data: name and surname, postal and email address, DNI/NIF/NIE/passport, telephone, fax, signature. Personal characteristics data: sex. Employment data: job position, role. Commercial information data: activities and business, sector of interest.

Human Resources

Identifying data: name and surname, DNI/NIF/NIE/passport, postal and email address, telephone, Social Security or mutual insurance number, signature, image. Personal characteristics data: sex, date of birth, place of birth, family data, nationality, marital status. Academic and professional data: training and qualifications, skills, experience, and professional profile. Employment data: corps/scale, category/grade, job positions, employment history, non-economic payroll data. Economic-financial and insurance data: bank details, economic payroll data. Data relating to the commission of criminal or administrative offenses: offenses and penalties. Specially protected data: degree of disability, suitability of the worker to perform the tasks specific to the job position, health data.

Identifying data: name and surname, DNI/NIF/NIE/passport, postal and email address, and telephone. Personal characteristics data: sex, date of birth. Academic and professional data: training, school/educational center. Employment data: job position.

What is the legitimacy for the processing of the data?

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the consent and acceptance given upon its delivery through contact forms, service access forms, service contracts, agreements, etc., entered into between the Consortium and the clients and suppliers of this entity. The processing of data for the additional purposes referred to above is based on the consent provided to us. However, you can withdraw your consent at any time.

To which recipients will the data be communicated?

The Consortium undertakes not to communicate the personal data provided by the data subject by any means and not to sell, rent, or transfer the personal data of form users to any company or public or private entity without the consent of the data owner. In any case, personal data will only be transferred to judicial bodies and administrative authorities if required by law.

What rights can be exercised?

The rights of access, rectification, cancellation, objection, erasure (to be forgotten), restriction of processing, and data portability can be exercised before the Consortium by sending an email to atmlleida@atmlleida.cat or by post addressed to Consorci del Transport Públic de l’Àrea de Lleida, Autoritat Territorial de Mobilitat. Pl. Espanya, 3 entresòl. 25002 Lleida. A copy of the DNI or an official document proving identity must be provided. How long will we keep the data?

The data will be kept until its deletion is requested, as well as for the time necessary to comply with the legal obligations corresponding in each case according to each type of data.
